Refund policy

We have a zero refund or return policy, which means we do not offer a refund or exchange a product that has already been delivered. 

We accept returns only in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product. Our rigorous quality checks and reliable courier services make such incidents extremely rare. However, should you encounter a damaged product, we’ll take it back.

To initiate a return:

Damaged or Defective Product:

  • If you receive a damaged product, please share the following three images within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email:

    1. Full image of the product along with the package and courier slip.

    2. Full image of the product alone.

    3. Close-up image clearly showing the defect.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. 

Non-Eligibility for Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Used or washed outfits.

  • Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.

  • Customised outfits.

  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery.

  • Slight colour or design variations due to photographic lighting or screen settings.

  • If Products that have been exchanged once, they are not eligible for return or further exchange.

International Orders
All international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Used, washed, or damaged outfits.

  • Original tags, labels, or packaging is damaged

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

Packaging
The product must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Any tampering will result in the return or exchange being rejected.

Shipping & Refund

  • For size exchanges, Product exchanges or returns, where applicable, already paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10-15 working days in the form of store credit only. No monetary refund will be provided. 

Color Variations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for slight colour differences between the product and its image online, as such variations are common due to lighting or screen settings.

Customisation Requests: Customisation will be done only for prepaid orders. 

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items gift.
